The stage and the table were set for a memorable evening at Arnett’s Gulfside Stables in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, as the The Idea Boutique team prepped for VIE magazine’s inaugural Sea + Farm + Table dinner extravaganza. The soiree was preceded by a cover shoot for the 2013 Food & Fashion Issue, with cover girl Darby Kellum looking the picture of sophistication and grace. We partnered with Chef Phil McDonald and Krutz Family Cellars, who created a feast of fresh Gulf seafood, local produce, and other locally sourced ingredients with wines perfectly paired to enhance the experience. Burwell Associates architecture and Cari DeGregorio transformed the stable into a warm, inviting dining room full of candlelight. Meanwhile, members from one of 30-A’s favorite local bands, Dread Clampitt, entertained the guests, including VIPs Emeril and Alden Lagasse. Eat, drink, and be merry!
