Birthed and nurtured by a host of creative minds and business leaders, this is truly a show home that will create a lasting legacy for its residents. The publishing team at The Idea Boutique designed the branding, storytelling, and marketing materials for the house and neighborhood. The Heritage – A VIE Legacy Show Home is the fifth show home produced by VIE Magazine. This new residence is located in the Heritage Dunes community and is the first of nine homes to be developed by Bella Mare Real Estate Holdings, LLC. Situated in an envious location, The Heritage is secluded from the flurry of 30-A tourism while still maintaining easy access to popular places. The Idea Boutique worked with partners and participants such as Grand Bay Construction, Duce and Company, Burwell Associates, and listing broker, La Florida Coastal Properties to give The Heritage custom designs, furnishings, and finishes. The Heritage’s unique focus on detail and style elevates the show home to a superlative class of its own. 

The Idea Boutique worked with Chandler Williams of MODUS Photography to produce, The Making of a Show Home, a documentary film on the creation of VIE’s fifth show home.
